Peanut Satay Sauce


Had a roast on Sunday and got leftovers on Monday? Trying to think of what you can do different with them? The sky is the limit..maybe try the  meat shredded, mix with the satay and make unconventional quesadillas. Wanting to do something from scratch..meatball satay, chicken beef or pork satay stir-fry, all your bbq meats. Having friends around, use it as either a hot dip with a platter of cut up roti bread, spring rolls and samosas or cold with crudities.
